Prefer FEMALE household only, with no recent pets having lived there due to BAD allergies. Fairly recent transplant from Seattle. I’m a youthful, respectful, adventurous, friendly female Social worker/ counselor most recently working as an academic coach/ tutor. I currently reside in a house in Goodyear that pet allergens left behind and hvac air duct maintenance issues 🙃 I can be social or stay to myself. I’m tidy. I love world travel, DIYing, movies/ shows, fashion, dining, self improvement/ personal development, hiking, music, languages, gardening etc. I‘m not a smoker, have good rental history, and also own property out of state that I’ve been renting out for over 14 years. I drink only occasionally/ socially.
