Hello, I’m looking to team up with one other roommate (female or male is okay) for a luxury apartment/condo together. Please don’t message me if that is not the case. Thanks in advance!

About me: I’m a full time working professional. I work a 9-5 as a nurse (Monday - Wednesday, Friday) and am quiet as a roommate but don’t mind chatting or keeping to myself either. :) I’m mostly extroverted though so I prefer someone who is easy going. I am an organized and clean person and would like to live with someone who prefers to live in a clean home. After work, I usually go to the gym, have dinner with friends, or have a friend over occasionally (1-3 times a month). Pretty infrequently. Sometimes after work I just need to simply relax at home to unwind from a long day at work.

What I’m looking for: Someone who is a good person/human, respectful and easy going and understands quiet hours (10pm - 7am). Preferably not with a cat/dog that sheds, please. Full disclosure: I will be doing a background check for safety purposes. There’s weird people out there. Lol

**Flexible on move-in date. I prefer to move sometime end of July or anytime in August.
