I am seeking a roomate, ideally another woman (lgbtq identities welcome) (age range 24-30 ish) to fill a master room with its own bathroom for rent ($1490, plus utilities, Late April/ May 1st move in) in Carlsbad Village that is 2.5 blocks from the beach, and three blocks from shops and dining. This apartment is fully furnished except your room (potential for furnishings included in room).

This is month to month, but I am really looking for someone who wants a minimum of a year long commitment (i.e. stable M-F professional type work, knows they want to stay in the area, etc.)

About me: I am 24, I work full time, usually M-F on a hybrid schedule. I am also a professional artist (frescabellastudios) I rent a 30 ft garage in the apartment complex and use half as my art studio. I would love to share the space with another artist. ($100-$150)

It is really important to me to hold similar values around cleanliness and guests, and to be really mindful/ respectful of one another’s needs and boundaries. I need my home to feel safe, reliable, and comfortable!

If I’m not working on art, I like to read, watch movies and shows, go on walks/ spend time in nature, visit museums, take day trips, or catch up with friends.

It is really nice to have a roomate who I can communicate with openly and authentically. Someone to share my day with, do things with, and get know! (Of course still value one another’s personal time and space.) If you lean towards creative and intellectual interests, we may be a good fit!
