Greetings!

My name is Francesco. I am a 30 year old physics PhD graduate from Italy, and I have recently landed a research job in NY.

I am looking for accommodation in Manhattan; ideally, as close as possible to Grand Central Station.

I am currently staying in a temporary housing and I would be able to move in immediately!

When it comes to the housing itself, I don’t have a lot of requirements:

-private room (bathroom, kitchen etc. can be shared) -washing machine in flat or at least building -AC

and it would be a big plus if the room is furnished (even with the bare minimum: bed, desk, wardrobe).

I am completely sober (don’t drink, don’t smoke tobacco/weed, don’t do any kind of drugs). However, I am fine with people who drink/smoke/do recretionally light drugs, nothing hard (but maybe better if no cigarette smoke in common areas).

A bit about me: interested in art (I draw and paint), fintess (I usually workout 3x a week + jogging) and a bit of a nerd (love videogames and old tech). Oh, I love cooking, too!
