Hey there, Ventura County residents! We’re Jacob (M25) and Charley (M25), a dynamic duo in search of like-minded individuals to join us on our exciting new chapter in the beautiful California area. We believe that great roommates make even greater friends, so we’re looking to build connections and create a fun, welcoming environment in our new home.

Let us tell you a little bit about ourselves. First and foremost, we’re all about good vibes and maintaining a laid-back atmosphere. Whether we’re gaming, exploring the local hangout spots, or hitting the gym for a workout, we’re always up for a good time.

Charley currently works at Starbucks, making those delightful caffeinated beverages that fuel our days. Jacob, on the other hand, works remotely for a tech company.

As much as we love our personal interests, we also appreciate the importance of personal space and downtime. We understand the need for a healthy work-life balance and respect each other’s privacy. Cleanliness and tidiness are values we hold dear, and we hope to find roommates who share these traits.

We’re seeking individuals who share our laid-back approach to life, enjoy having a good laugh, and appreciate the value of friendship. We believe that living with friends creates a positive and harmonious environment where everyone can feel at home.

We’re looking for a June 1st move-in ideally, but we can discuss later dates as well! In terms of location, we’re specifically looking at Ventura, Santa Paula, Camarillo, and Port Hueneme. We are looking to start a new house/apartment of 3 to 4 individuals (you or you+someone else), or rent two separate rooms for ourselves to join yours!
