Looking for room for rent, preferably furnished, or RV room or someone to share apartment with ASAP. I'm New to the area. I am a minimalist so I don't have much and I don't need alot of room. Would like to be close to Orange, TX as my new job is near there. Need quiet and/or considerate roommate as I will be working shift, work days and nights. So sleep schedule could be days or nights. I'm honest, clean, quiet. No drama, no drugs, rarely drink but if you do that's okay as long as it's not a problem. No parties! No pets but I love dogs so if you have one that's ok. I am a smoker but can smoke outside if that's a problem for you. Male or female, as long as you are responsible and have a job. If we find a place together I am easy to get along with, have no problem as long as you can pay your part ON TIME.
