My name is Shubham Sanjay Shevade, I’m a professional film producer who just graduated from the New York Film Academy. I’m an Indian citizen who is currently living in Burbank. I have a strong Technical background as I have done my undergrad in Electronics Engineering and have patent registered with Mitsubishi.

I am very clean, non smoker and non alcoholic. Additionally I have a good credit score.

I would be arriving in LA on the 1st of June 2019, and would be planning on staying until December 2019, at least. I am happy to apply and discuss with your landlord to seek approval; to this end, my full stay is already covered by myself as I am self-employed. I assume everything mentioned in the ad listing is what we are provided with.

In any case I’m happy to join starting from Mid-June if necessary. I’m really interested and would be glad to be your roommate. Let me know if I can answer any further enquiries, and how to proceed. What can I do next?
