Moving to the Denver area to start a new job in enterprise software sales. Will be WFH most of the time (hybrid, 2-3 days in office) so, while I’d prefer to be somewhere a bit quieter, I am open to any downtown areas as well.
I get along with practically everyone but naturally prefer those similar-ish to myself. My free time is usually spent outdoors, at the gym, or doing some hobby/learning skills I will probably never use. I do not party or use drugs, and I seldom drink (but I’m a big fan of craft beer when I do). My only unreliable habit is my decision to randomly shave/regrow my mustache.
I’ve only been to Denver once about 6 years ago, but I have traveled extensively and grew up between OR and MT, and put in two seasons as a wildland firefighter, so I am all for cooler weather and mountains. Likewise, I don’t keep a lot of possessions and appreciate the basics.
I am a huge animal lover, but do not have any pets of my own. I have volunteered with various shelters in Italy, Germany, Costa Rica, and Arizona. I am a Godfather to all my previous roommates’ pets.
I am still technically a student at the University of Arizona so I will be taking my last few classes to finish my degree online this summer. I will be doing this on top of working full time, so I will be super busy at least through the summer.
As I will be working in sales, I will have a variable split income – all my potential expenses are conservatively considered with my base salary in mind only.
