Most important thing (PLEASE READ before messaging): I’m looking for a temporary, short-term rental/sublease of 2 months while I’m unemployed. I’m currently on unemployment benefits and just need a place to stay until I’m able to find a job.
I’m looking to move in on October 1st, and I’m primarily looking at any private furnished rooms in South Orange County.
I’m a 24M, and graduated from UC Irvine in 2021. I live a lowkey, simple lifestyle. I don’t party, smoke, do drugs, or drink alcohol. I’m responsible, honest, clean, on the quiet side (but always willing to have a convo). In my free time, I like to exercise, watch sports, read, and sing. During my stay, I will pretty much just be job searching and keeping to myself. I have very good credit (730+). I don’t have any formal references, but I do have many Airbnb reviews (which you’re more than willing to check out).
