I am currently renting a 2bd/1bth apartment in Carlsbad Village, with a bedroom available M2M. Ideally, I want to stay and add a tenant, but open to moving to a new location (Oside, Cbad, Enci, LJ). Prefer only 1 or 2 co-tenants, either guys or girls, 20’s - 40’s. I am career-focused (medtech) and work M-F, hybrid schedule, 40-50 hrs/wk. I live an active lifestyle (surf, scuba, climb, etc) and spend most of my free time away from home. I appreciate a home environment that is social but on the quieter side. Prefer to cook in, so kitchen access is a must. I am a clean and respectful, and ask the same from co-tenants. Haven’t had issues with past co-tenants. Non-smoking, and do not have pets.
