I am 21 years old and just graduated from Berkeley. I consider myself to be clean, considerate, and a good communicator. Credit is around 800 and I make enough for a budget of $900 to 1250. I love to watch movies, play video games, go to farmers markets, and lay on the beach.

I have one very well-behaved cat who gets along with everyone and is very clean/non-destructive. She gets along with other animals.

I am able to move as soon as possible! I’d love to live with 2-4 people between ages 21-27. I’d prefer hardwood for cleaning purposes but that isn’t a requirement for me. Would also prefer a house over an apartment situation but again not a requirement.
