Hi, this seems to be a place for college age people to find housing, but I figured it’s worth a shot. I’m 37 with a 5 year old daughter. I currently live full-time in Nevada City. I’m looking for a place to stay part-time in Chico so I can be closer to my daughter who stays with her mom in Chico during the week and with me on the weekends. She’s starting to play sports and make more friends so the back and forth is getting to be a lot. My plan is to continue living in Nevada City, but I’d like an inexpensive place in Chico to stay here and there (maybe a couple days a week, or 1/2 the month at max). I’m looking for a clean, quiet environment that would be fun for her to stay when she comes to visit (not a party house). She definitely prefers females so that would be ideal, but we’d be open to anyone that she vibes with. I know this is a non-traditional setup, but if you’re open to something different, we might be your perfect roommates!
