Lovely Ann

First time officially renting by myself. I don’t have credit but I have a cosigner when needed. As a person, I’m very shy at first and like to keep to myself most of time but once I get comfortable there should be no problem being around me. I spend my time playing games, working and then lots of sleep. I have a boyfriend in Tacoma, he lives in the JBLM and he MIGHT visit from time to time but we’ll make sure we won’t cause any kind of disturbance or any discomfort to anyone. Cleaning wise, I like the common area to be clean all the time and would preferably want to wash dishes right away as soon as I’m done with eating or cooking. Pets are okay with me as long as they’re trained and if you have dogs, just hope they don’t bark most of the day. People usually say that I look very snobby but I guess it’s just combined with my blank face and being not really that talkative but I would never purposely try to offend anyone. I just want a place where I can go home to and get rest because dealing with a lot of people at work and being an introvert at the same time, drains my energy so fast. I hope I can find a place near my work Which is inside JBLM because I don’t drive. Also want a place which has a bus nearby or just is right next to the military base. (Would prefer living with women but won’t mind with living with men if we have another roommates.)
