Privacy is paramount to me. When I am not working, I will be exploring the SF Bay Area, reading, watching the news, or cuddling with my cat.

I need 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Any complimentary bonus space would be appreciated; i.e. alcove, den, office, retreat. Space can be furnished or unfurnished. Although, an unfinished room is preferred. Hopefully, Cable tv and Wi-Fi is included in rent. Prefer quiet easygoing neighborhood in a clean, well-kept home. Access to the common areas of the home, kitchen, bathroom, and on-site laundry. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay with at least 12 months, a non-smoker, and not to noisy.

Plenty of street parking would be nice. At this time, I will utilize public transportation. Will purcase a car in the very near future.

Finally, I am more than willing to help with maintenance, gardening, yard work on weekends to save $$ on rent. Could potentially assist an elderly or disabled person. If this sounds like I might be a good fit, contact me. Thanks!
