Looking to Rent: Solo room, or team-up

Career: Program Director (Full-Time); CPR Instructor (Part-Time)

Education: Masters Degree

Volunteer: American Red Cross Disaster Preparedness presenter

Hobbies: Videogames (Switch), boardgames, taking care of my 2 parakeets, watching the good parts of RuPaul’s drag race and Critical Role on my phone.

Home Lifestyle: Pretty busy so I’m often just keeping to myself but very open to roommate interaction. Let’s do a game night!

Bills: I’m 3 months ahead on all of my bills and like to keep it that way.

Overnight Guests: You do you. Or do someone else if that makes you happy. I like a “no more than 2 nights in a row” rule but that’s out of courtesy.

Cleanliness: I will do my part to keep common areas clean. Your room is your room.

Drugs and Alcohol: Nothing illegal. As long as we agree no one throws up on the couch we’re gonna be ok. I drink wine to unwind. I don’t smoke but don’t mind if you do so long as it’s outside and doesn’t get in the house.

Cars/Parking: I have an electric car that I plug in at night to a regular wall outlet. It uses about the same amount of electricity as plugging in a lamp, not a fridge, so bills wouldn’t be an issue. And even if it were, I’m very comfortable paying the difference.

Maintenance: I feel like prevention is key. I would rather pay for upgrades than repairs so I like to collaborate to upgrade wherever possible i.e. smart lightbulbs, energy efficient appliances, etc. Not a have-to. Just what I like to do. ^_^
