Hello Looking to Upgrade!!! My name is LaTonya. I am a Special Education Teacher. My current situation is I’ve been renting this space for 2yrs in February 2024 and Never am I late. I have my own private entry, a full bathroom, a full kitchen and a large bedroom. I do not have storage space and it is much needed (no closets or cabinets). I must have access to a washer and dryer or at least the hook-up ( I have a small space w/d (I am willing to sell before I move if I have access to a w/d). I have a cat named Shelby. I would love the same type of arrangement with my own seperate key entrance, full bathroom, bedroom, with a small tv area FOR LOUNGING, with cabinets and closets please 🙏🏽☺️.
