Hey, I’m David Smith, and I am looking for a room to rent. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Biochemistry. I have a pet sitting business with regular clients that started while I was a student. I make pretty good money from it, and it gives me the freedom to figure out what I want to do for graduate school and my future. Since I regularly house sit for clients, I will often sleep at another location but will still pay full rent of course. I am also very clean and easy to get along with.
