Really just a normal, casual, non-judgmental guy looking for a nice, clean living space with cool people! Looking and open to many different spots in and around the Greater Bay Area( SF, East Bay, South Bay, Marin)

Essentially, looking for down to earth, laid back roomies that are responsible and able to keep themselves accountable as much I try to keep myself, and as much as we can keep each other in a friendly and respectful way.

Personally, my interests and hobbies include exercising, reading philosophy, watching and consuming comedy (like eric andre and its always sunny) skateboarding, attempting to cook, improv and stand-up, guitar playing, and I am currently working and finishing my Bachelor’s in Sociology at San Francisco State (currently all remote/online learning).

More specific/extensive details of my hopes and habits for living/being a reliable, cool, dependable, chill roomie: Looking for compatible co-tenant(s); I value shared respect and understanding of each other, house/apartment we occupy, and shared spaces. I value cleanliness and open communication in my home, and try to have a friendly and communal approach upon entering new unit/household/roommate living. I believe transparent communication, working together to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming household, and non-judgmental friendships and relationships in the household. Of course, being prompt and on-time with the important things, staying accountable, and establishing healthy communication and interactions are things I instill most in myself as a roommate. Also, love to learn to cook new things, have dinner parties, board game nights, and all that fun stuff.
