I am 19, I have a very steady income working 40 hours a week, so I would have no problem paying rent. I just graduated last year and moved out to live with a friend. I was really good at keeping my areas clean, and I’m a pretty chill so not much confrontation. I ended up moving back in with my parents and now I’m looking to move out with a better income. I love having fun and going out, on the weekends usually. week days I will probably never be around, because I work then I hit the gym.
