27 F student, stable income, no pets, no drugs or alcohol,

My name’s Stefnie, I’m 27(f), originally from Arlington, though enjoying the life here closer to the city. I’ve lived in a few places across the metroplex and I like going out and exploring. I’ll likely be hanging round the apt most nights as I’m fairly a homebody. Ideally, it’d be great if we could be friends, but I also have a pretty good social network. In terms of activities, I do attend the local meditation center frequently, cook, do yoga and write often. Right now i’m in a spare room with a kind family who has helped me get on my feet after a couple year struggle of jumping thru hoops to be approved for Disability. My. Once approved I started tackling my health problem. After 6 months of intense work I now have desires to become more independent of this kind family and give them their home back. They’re not running me out of the house. I just feel I am ready to take off and soon return to school. So move in date is not crucial but I would like to move in some time in September. It’s coming up soon but I really love this family so am looking for a way to stay but I know I’m making the right decision.

Personality-wise, I’m an introvert if that says anything. I can be playful, a bit sarcastic at times, and know what’s needed in being a good roommate (ie, I won’t drink your last coke and I know how to buy the all-important tp). I’m neither a clean freak nor a slob and while my room may alternate between whirlwind and organized, I totally respect the common areas and keep them fairly neat.

I’m trying to think of what else to add…no boyfriend and still not looking. Again I am just trying focus on myself and my health…I have a stable income, clean habits, and a calm friendly demeanor….well, i suppose if you have other questions please feel free to ask.
