I’m Natalya and I just moved back here in September 2021. I am 28 and in grad school doing a career change to business. I am looking for a roommate to save money and I cannot afford a place on my own.

I am looking for something long term. If this is not you, then we would not be a roomie match.

I don’t make a lot of money and I need a place to live because I am just living with my dad right now. It is not ideal and I’d like to live with people and still have affordable rent.

How do Iike to live: i have asthma…so please smoke outside.

I am pretty laid back. I do like a clean home because it helps me think clearly and helps with my mental health. If you are messy, please keep it in your room only. It is your room and I do not have a say in that. I prefer someone who regularly cleans up after themselves. I understand dishes happen, messes happen, life JUST happens. I am a grad student, so I GET not always having time in the moment. All I ask is your circle back to just clean up after yourself. I pay rent on time and am not tardy on stuff like that. My friends would say I am dependable to a fault. I pay my bills on time and i have never missed rent.

I do not like having a lot of people over and I am someone who needs quiet time. After 10pm, I go to sleep and I like it quiet. I need quiet because i work a demanding job and need to recharge. I like my quiet and alone time. I need quiet hours. So if you cannot have that, then lets not be roomies.

I do not smoke because I have asthma and I cannot be around it. If you smoke, we would not be a good match. I have an occasional drink. But, I prefer to do it out with friends. I am not a party person, so no parties at the house. My home is my sanctuary.

I am looking for something long term. If this is not you, then we would not be a roomie match.

I need to live on the eastside because its closer to work. I work for apartments and get a 20% employee discount that with a roomie would make it a great place to live, safe too.

I’m friendly, people oriented. I love cats, sushi, ramen, hiking, tacos, and skating.
