Moving to Nevada! I need a smoke free, drug free, dog free, female inhabited place to call home. I am available to start a lease by June 1, 2022. I am responsible, clean, quiet, private, and respectful. I don’t do drugs, I don’t smoke at all, I don’t drink and I don’t party! I like to stay busy working. I will be new to the city, so no worries regarding guests coming and going, because I don’t know anyone! Since most of my time is spent at work I look forward to coming home to a peaceful and quiet environment. I am looking for a 3 to 9 month lease term or a month to month lease. Once I get settled in, I will be looking to purchase a home within the next year, thus not interested in a 12mo lease.
