I’m good about making sure to pay rent on time. I’m good about keeping the place clean. I’m fully vaxxed and boosted. I don’t own any pets, but all types of furry friends are welcome!^^

I’m currently a student at Austin Community College, studying the martail art Aikido and I would like to stay near the Northridge campus in order to continue studying it. I’m a very creative person who enjoys creating stuffed animals - most of which are dragons. I know how to sew, knit and crossstitch.
