I’m looking for one person to split a 2b/2b or 3b/2b house in West Newport Beach near the beach.

I work full-time from home, so am in my room a lot on the computer and conference calls M-F. I’m super respectful, chill, clean up after myself. I love surfing, going to the gym, kickboxing, hiking, traveling, grabbing drinks, being outdoors, and attending events (trying to find my way to Burning Man this year!).
