I am looking for a studio apartment or a fully completed basement. I am looking to relocate to be closer to family and friends. I am quiet and respectful. I am a non smoker, no drugs or drinking. I have a awesome personality and a great sense of humor. Can not live with cats that are long haired dogs as well or reptiles of any kind! I have excellent rental history and excellent references available upon request can not afford a lot. Looking to move next year and would like to stay for 3+years or longer. I can help with light house keeping or childcare for rent deduction.
