Hello, it’s just me & my bestie who’ve I’ve known since summer of 2006. -My teen daughter is living with my Mom and Sister for the school year (and next year ‘23-‘24) She’s claimed by my sister as a guardian while I’m trying to get back on my feet, beat depression, midlife crisis, rock bottom, etc-. I don’t mind other people with kid(s), pride, cannabis, & pets. I don’t have a car so I don’t need a parking spot. I’m very well-mannered, clean, and not noisy. I don’t have a criminal history, I don’t smoke, no time for drama, tend to my kid when possible, good humor, and very very rarely drink. After 2 drinks \ shots, my mind & body refuses anymore [shrugs] meh. I have 2 incomes for the moment; House Cleaning for 2 homes. I don’t require much just a unfurnished room, I have a bedroom furniture [2 twin bed frames, dresser, book shelf, 5 medium storage totes, and 4 small night\side stands], a wood table, 2 chairs, toaster, electric grill, broom, dust pan, Swiffer set, mop, bucket mop, and 2 Crockpots. I’m resorting to the websites to find a room to rent. Economy is really hurting and I’m trying very hard not to fail. Month to month, 6-12 months or more. I grew up Tomboy, friends who are guys, older brother, and younger brothers so I understand privacy. I’ll be happy to talk more. Thank you. *Picture is of me on my way to house clean.
