Hi, I’m looking for a room in Long Beach only. I’m a quiet, considerate, responsible, fully vaccinated female, seeking an unfurnished room to rent month to month. I don’t have pets or children, and I don’t have many people over. Not into cooking, I usually eat things that requires a minimum of prep. I’m looking for a quiet, non-smoking, drug free place with other liberally minded people, and an outdoor space to sit and eat or read. I’m very clean in shared areas. My own room can be a bit messy.
