Kind, clean, reliable, and open- minded. I am a young, friendly, professional student and full time medical professional working in Bellevue. I am looking for either an available room in a spacious home or a group of people looking to rent a home together. I work a lot, early mornings to late evenings most days but I would be home most evenings and weekends if I’m not on an outdoor adventure. I am a quiet and cleanly roommate who cleans up after myself, and I am also someone who values a clean home and thus doesn’t mind being the one to keep things in the common areas tidy and organized. I’m not bothered by occasional disorder as long as it’s not disgusting or permanent. I’m also not at all opposed to occasional get togethers and group gatherings. With notice I’m not even opposed to such events happening on the odd weekday as long as it’s not a norm and as long as the house isn’t shaking. I am very laid back and can sleep through most things.

I am “single” (unmarried) and would hope to bring only myself and my “small roommates” (currently one small cat and a few plants). Obviously the plants are mellow, but for reassurance my little tortie cat is a cute little ~10 lb female who is clean and very much potty trained. She has never had any issues whatsoever with making messes or having accidents. She is also an indoor cat, unless she is under my close watch.

I attended college in Seattle studying Physiology and Psychology. I’ve lived in several states and also in Europe whilst growing up so I have a very broad world view with an open minded and unassuming perspective. I enjoy writing and reading; I’ve played soccer my whole life; I sing and plunk around on a couple instruments; I enjoy movies and tv shows when I have time; and I am a mellow sociable person who loves chatting about interesting topics. I’m also very much into the outdoors and being active and so my hope Is that there would be some outdoor space available to share- which by the way I’m happy to help with upkeeping. I

I currently live in a 2bd 1 ba condo with a small deck/ patio and tiny yard…. and some more of my hopes in moving into a share is that I can save more money for both graduate school and eventually buying some property of my own.

Please feel free to reach out if you think I’d be a good fit in your home or your group house share or if you think I’d be someone you might be interested in searching for a rental with. I am about to give my notice to vacate so I would be available end of this month or early September (willing to do prorating or to place a hold deposit for the right spot). I can also wait for an opening in the right place and continue to pay month to month if that makes sense. My lease terms are negotiable. I plan to be working where I’m working for at least another year and then hope to do graduate school in- state so we can discuss what sounds reasonable.

Also of note- I currently pay for my 2bd/1ba independently and live alone. The budget I’ve put there is kind of top of what I’d want to pay for transitioning from that to a share situation and not necessarily what I actually want to pay. However, If I’m going to pay what’s listed there- or even the highest rent in the home- then I would request that there be a private bathroom/ bedroom combo available.
