Calm and clean fundraiser who keeps to herself most of the time but also likes to enjoy time and companionship with my close circle of people. Recently relocated to California from Texas. I work full-time 9-5, entirely remote from home so my roommate would have to be okay with this.

My income is secure and I am on time with payments. I can provide references from previous roommates, as well as a background check.

Compatibility is important to me. I’m not super strict, but prefer to live with other women. I have a service-oriented mindset, am focused on community and bettering myself, my communication, and the quality of my relationships. I love pets but would prefer to live without them this time.

In terms of lifestyle - I am not into partying but drink occasionally (usually with long sober periods in between). I like to hangout with my roommates when we can, and have a friendly environment with each other with things like dinner parties, movie nights, that kind of thing from time to time if we get along and have time to share. I have high respect for others’ space and tend to need considerable space myself. I find cleanliness important and make an effort to keep my space and common spaces clean and tidy for the most part, and hope others do too. I am more flexible than rigid but find it important to find a balance that is harmonious for everyone. I prefer living with others who share most of these in common with me - but I also find it important not to expect anyone live the way that I do.

In terms of interests/personality - I am open-minded and interested in people, nature, and culture… I work in the humanitarian field and have spent many years living around the world. I am outdoorsy and creative. Hiking, camping and birdwatching are some of my outdoor hobbies while writing, reading, poetry and drawing are some of my creative ones.

Looking for a room for at least 6 months, ideally with parking. Would love to meet up and see if we get along!
