hey, currently living in harlem (hamilton heights/ sugar hill) ideally looking for a private room in a two bedroom and one bathroom with a washer and dryer in unit. i am extremely clean, i know how to clean and organised and like to live with a person who is the same. can keep to myself but rather become friends with people i am living with and not strangers sharing a residence. i am not really a party person and rarely bring people over (if i do, its never when my roommate is home). i don’t smoke, rarely do i bring alcohol home more so a social drinker but will never pass up a wine night at the house. not big on pets or horrible odors, again like to live in clean places. as long as people know how to keep house and respect boundaries and personal belongings, i am great to live with.

looking to move end of december 2022/ january 1 2023
