Blanca and Serena

Hi, my partner Serena Gorgonio and I are looking for a single room for November or December for a long term lease. We have one well behaved 5 year old cat who is friendly with other humans. We are both employed, Serena is a UCSD alumni and I am working on returning to school to finish my undergrad. Our combined budget is 1,100-1,200. We are both clean, friendly, and respectful people.
