As a roomie, I tend keep to myself, but when I have free time I enjoy visiting national parks, hiking trails, going on a bike ride, or sleeping.
In all seriousness, preferably looking for a room with its own private bath, running hot water, electricity, laundry on site (but if not okay), respectable wifi speed, semi-close parking, and other chill roomies to get to know, if applicable. (:
