Husband and I are looking for a place to stay closer to family; we’re looking for a potentially 1 year. It doesn’t have to be big or detailed furnished; just a place to call our own. We both have steady income and background checks are no issue. We’re both friendly and outgoing, but not nosy and we’ll keep to ourselves while we are at home and be respectful of other’s lives and spaces. We don’t have pets, drugs, smoke or party, but are willing to room/house with-I enjoy cooking so I’d love to find a property that lets me have access to the kitchen sometimes. We just have two kids, a 1 year old and a baby but they are always with mom so they’ll never bother you.
