I’m a recently divorced 27 yr old mom of 4. Just to get this out of the way first, yes, my children would stay with me 1-2 nights per week. Ideally looking for a roommate or roommates to rent a house together. I would like to have two bedrooms, so my kids have their own place to stay when they come, but they can also pile in with me if we can’t pool enough rent money for a big enough place. I’m also willing to pay more in rent than other tenants if I were to have an extra room. MUST have my own private bathroom. I work as a general manager for a breakfast and lunch restaurant, so I’m up early and generally just come home and chill after work. I like to have fun, but if you’re a big partier, we probably won’t be a good fit. I don’t do drama, no bad energy, just some people (I don’t have a male or female preference, but no creeps lol) respecting each other in a shared space, who will hopefully grow awesome friendships!
