hello my name is Nancy:) I am 24, easy going, and clean! I can be talkative or we can never exchange more than polite hellos if thats what you’re into but I am hoping we could cook the occasional dinner together or enjoy walks around our neighborhood! I’m living in a super cute 3bed/2bath house near the triangle/between n Lamar and burnet about 10ish minutes from downtown $2200/month. Super walkable/bike area to a few restaurants/bars, vintage shops, heb less than .6 miles away. Only looking for one roommate to split the rent so is $1100 a person. Along with the spare bedroom there’s also an office space off the living room and a nice size yard. I’ve got a nice little garden going and made a patio space equipped with picnic table,grill and hammock:) I really love this home and hope I can find someone else who loves it as much as me! Need a roommate by November to resign for the next 12 months but there’s the option to move in sooner if wanted!!
