Currently living in a studio in Quincy with a lease ending late November. Quiet, cook most days (meal prep on weekends), and work in office with maybe a remote day every other week. Currently I’m usually out of the house from 6:30 until around 5. On my days off I like to play piano or game, although more frequently I’m exhausted and just end up sleeping. I own a car but take the Red line in to Cambridge so ideally looking for a place close to a station.

Looking for a place that’s clean or can be cleaned (free of pests) and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Would also be open to teaming up for some 2 bed 2 bath options. The place I’m currently staying at has 2b2ba options for $2900, with pretty nice amenities, 2 included parking spaces, in unit washer/dryer, gym, fancy kitchen, redline access. I have no complaints about the place itself, but paying $2100 for a studio is a bit much. The place is called Elevation Apartments so if you like the look and want to split a 2b2ba there hit me up. Otherwise I’m probably looking only within the redline radius, any farther/into the commuter rail range gets to be a bit too much of a commute.
