We are quiet and respectful of others and their properties and space. We have no problems with drama or disruption. We won’t be having any friends or company over. We also will both be in the house for the night before 11 every night so no there won’t be any issues from us with noise or anything like that. We are trustworthy and dependable so there will be no problems with monthly payments, each month we will have our payments paid in full on time. We have no pets or children, we both have about 3 bags of clothes each and that’s it. We we be home too much so we won’t be running up the utilities bills.
