We are a very friendly, cultured, responsible, silent, clean, joyful, and easy-going 34-year-old couple looking for a place to stay with a private room and a shared kitchen in San Rafael for 30 days at first, and if everything goes well, we can stay longer. Barbara is a psychologist and Evandro is an English teacher, we are currently F1-F2 study visa residents. We are open to phone or video calling to answer questions, we can also share social media links and Whatsapp to be able to have a more fluid communication about expectations and arrangement details.
