Freelance designer and artist moving to Phoenix from SoCal to start a tattoo apprenticeship and plan to be in the Phoenix area for minimum of 2 years.

I’m pretty quiet, don’t play music/TV loudly, am respectful of others spaces and looking for someone the same. I lead a healthy lifestyle, love to work out/daily yoga, and cook at home. I like to meal prep one day of the week so I don’t plan to have too much reliance for the kitchen aside from making coffee in the mornings and assembling snacks or sides to go with my pre-made meals for dinner.

I have a cat in California I would potentially like to bring with me to live once I am settled in for a bit (quiet, senior, totally chill and prefers to keep to herself) I am childfree and will be staying that way. I would love to have a roommate who vibes with that, and very much prefer adult company or that of our furry friends to high-pitched screaming messy kids.
