Hello, I’m a 28yo female. I have no kids or pets nor do I do drugs of any kind. With my current schedule I work evenings until midnight so I don’t go out much. I don’t do parties etc therefore I won’t ever be asking about hosting gatherings etc. I have very few friends and with regards to guests, only one person at most (occasionally I’d ask for overnight stay if allowed). I’m okay with paying 1st/last rent if required and capable of making monthly payments in advance if that’s ok. I’m pretty private and spend time by myself so in the times that im home I’ll most likely be in my room outside of times I’m cleaning/doing laundry etc.
