Hi! I have been living in a basement with a private bathroom in Abingdon, MD for 9 months now and unfortunately my two very inconsiderate roommates are forcing me to find other accommodations. I need to have peace and a reasonable amount of quiet where I live and speaking to them several times has only made them get worse so I am now seriously looking for another place ASAP.

I am a caregiver taking care of two children in Fallston for 30 plus hours a week. I’ve been with this family for 2 years now. I’ve also started a 1099 position working from home doing online customer service which I would like to get more into that I haven’t really been able to do at my current place due to the noise and stress.

I do have a small rabbit that is very well behaved and would live in my bedroom in a cage. I am easy to get along with, kind, clean and considerate. I am reliable and will pay the rent monthly and on time. In cash too if you like. Before I moved here I used to live in the basement of a local Airbnb townhome and I ran that for 3 years.
