I don’t smoke but I am cool if you do. No cigarettes cool with outside or isolated smoking space- don’t drink- no worries if you do. Easy to get along with- pay rent usually ahead and always on time- tidy and not messy- but not ocd about cleanliness just not cool with nasty. Funny and pleasant to be around. Understanding of sharing a space and the respectful dynamic that needs to exist to make living arrangement pleasant and beneficial for all people living under one roof.
