Hello there,

I have a hospital travel assignment in Jacksonville until mid-end December. Just looking for an affordable and welcoming place to stay until then :) My contract starts on October 11th. I am waiting closer to or a little after that date to sign any lease- just in case. Current grad student - I would love for Internet and bills to be included.

I will probably be back and forth between your place and my place (I live in Florida as well) whenever I have days off so I can visit my cat <3 maybe once or twice a week for a couple of days at a time. I am laid back, clean, respectful, and helpful. Thank you in advance.

My hobbies include; reading, catching sunsets & sunrises, trails, beach time, painting, sunbathing, and volunteering at my local food bank.
