Hello!

I’m looking to rent a furnished room with a shared bathroom. Looking to move in on 13 April and hoping to stay for at least 12 months.

I’d like to stay within a short walking distance (10-15 minutes) from grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, bus stops, etc. Also, I’m studying online/remotely, so a fast WiFi/Internet connection is very important to me.

As I’m a student, I mostly keep to myself and work on my PhD thesis. I’m sociable but not intrusive. I clean up after myself. I abide by the rules and I pay on time, even though I’m on a student budget.
