I have to give my current landlord a months notice, so will be able to move in 3 weeks-month . I respect people’s privacy, I won’t eat your food, I’m veryyyy clean, I have been at my job for more than a year, I’ll stop the microwave before it hits zero if you’re sleeping, I would expect overnight guests to be fine once in a while since we’re grown, I respect the lease agreements/terms, & I really stay to myself . I do have two cats . They’re well trained, kept groomed, & it won’t ever smell like cat pee 🤞🏼 My biggest thing is just finding someone who doesn’t make me feel like I’m walking around eggshells around them, I can trust that you won’t snoop thru my stuff, & that you’re a nice person in general.
