Please don’t exclude me just because of my age. I forgot to get old. My health is excellent. And I can out-walk much younger people for speed and distance, even carrying a backpack. My attitudes are still flexible, as well.

I have guaranteed income and I am responsible. But I am looking for a part-time job; I will not be hanging around the place much. Also, I need to be within a mile or so of public transportation for the time being.

I love animals - much more than I like people, actually. I would like to get a dog or cat. I love to read and camp. I am quiet but friendly, considerate and quirky. I used to practice law but now I stay as far away from all of that as possible, so don’t expect any legal answers. I Would like to keep some distance from any roommate because of the complications that may jeopardize the living situation. Not because I am a snob, or emotionally cold.

Also, I get paid on the third of each month, so the landlord would have to be ok with paying rent on the third.
