I need a room large enough to share with my 7 year old daughter when she visits on the weekend. I have lived in Morro Bay all my life and have many friends here in town. I am quiet and pay rent on time each month. In my current living situation I have been a tenant almost 4 years and my landlord is selling her house. I am desperate to find something soon.
