I’m 33 yo gay male professional, work in accounting for an insurance company in the loop, work a lot of hours, cuddly cat dad, somewhat of a prude when it comes to grammar, sense of humor that ranges from dry to raunchy, have more color changing lights than I know what do with, and I never get enough sleep. If you are a property owner or manager who can have a sense of empathy for someone who got genuinely railroaded, I have plenty income to cover my own place and we could work out some creative arrangements that may set your mind at ease.
