Hey, I’m Rae ~

I am looking for a room for rent or apartment beginning in the Scottsdale, Tempe, East Valley areas. Ideally I am looking for a room furnished with a bed and desk as I don’t have a lot of belongings with me other than clothing and essentials, but I’m also open to other spaces if it seems like it could be a good fit.

My budget is between $600-$650 with utilities included and am willing to share a house or apartment to meet this. I am open to pitching in/extra work to make this work. Would prefer to live with other females, no single men over the age of 39.

I’m 31, work odd jobs including petsitting, and hoping to go back to school in the next year or so. I have a bachelor’s in psychology and am interested in health, business, music, and any outdoor activites. I love to hike, go to the beach, camp, write, and go on roadtrips in my free time. I’d like to find a living situation with people open to being friends as well as roommates, but if life doesn’t allow for this that’s okay too. Watching shows, tea, and cozy nights in are a favorite of mine as well.

I’m neat, clean, considerate, and responsible. I am pretty low key in my living space and like to keep it as comfortable feeling as possible. I do enjoy cooking/meal prepping my meals for the week at home. I like all animals but don’t have any of my own at the moment.
