I am a simple person who keeps to himself. I barely use the kitchen if at all (fridge and microwave). So that pretty much covers my keeping to myself for even when I am in the apartment, I am not usually found in the common areas. I am a tidy person who expects the same from other persons with whom I share the common space were that to be the case. Deal breakers for me are any kind of pets in the house and untidy common areas. I am looking for a month-to-month lease agreement.
